• All Deposits are 100% Non-Refundable.

  • There is a 50% deposit due after your scheduled consultation required once your service appointment is scheduled which is applied towards your full amount. Upon completion of your service the remaining balance is due.

  • There are NO REFUNDS unless our staff has to cancel or reschedule for unforeseen reasoning. If you have to cancel or reschedule please do so within 24 hours.  

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule you will be booked in the next available date which could be up to one week out or more. 

  • Same day booking is allowed with a NON REFUNDABLE payment of $60 which does NOT go towards your full service amount.

  • We accept cash, cards, and cash app for forms of payments.

  • We do offer payment installment plans through Afterpay, Klarna, and Quadpay.

  • Price quotes and invoices should be paid within 7 business days or less. Failure to pay your invoice will result in cancellation of your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled when rescheduling a new consultation fee IS NOT required unless you decide on a new vision.

  • Please be sure you are available for all scheduled dates booked, as we only offer rescheduling ONE time before a Non- Refundable Rescheduling Fee of $25 is due at the time of rescheduling your appointment to secure that specific date and time.

  • Please understand that pricing varies due to time and spacing being different for each client. There will not be a specific price provided to clients until after your scheduled consultation is complete.

  • We are not responsible for parcels once they have been shipped. You will be provided ALL information on your order including the tracking information to contact carrier if any issues.

  • Please respond in a timely manner to all calls, text messages, and emails for any approvals, changes, etc. 

  • Any changes done AFTER your product is purchased- can delay our timing.

  • Clients are responsible for returning unwanted or unused products after shipped and received. 

  • Revisions are allowed but with reasonable timing.

  • Clients may be responsible for participating in separating or removal of certain items.

  • MASKS are REQUIRED upon home entry and worn at ALL TIMES while services are being provided.
